Multi-point Digital Linearizer
High-pass and low-pass filters
Ten different measurement modes
RS-232 interface (RD-50) |
MDL function Non-linear analog input from external equipment can be linearized using the Multi-point Digital-Linearizer (MDL) function.
Built-in high-pass and low-pass filters Detect only the desired frequency range of the analog signal High-Pass Filter (HPF) function Only abrupt fluctuations in analog signal can be obtained.
Low-Pass Filter (LPF) function Abrupt fluctuations in analog signal can be ignored.
High-speed sampling rate The high-speed sampling rate of 2,000 times/sec enables detection of any sudden changes in the input signal. The high-speed comparator circuit performs differentiation at a high speed of 1 ms.
Easy-to-see display The RD Series uses a three-color LED display. When the measured value is within the tolerance limits, the value is displayed in green. If the measured value is out of the tolerance limits, it is displayed in orange or red.
Selectable input range and calculation of two-channel analog input values The input range can be switched to ±5 VDC, ±10 VDC, or 4 to 20 mA. The RD Series' "X + Y" and "X - Y" functions are excellent for measuring target thickness or height difference.
Ten measurement modes. The RD-50RW provides ten kinds of measurement modes, including PEAK hold and BOTTOM hold, for enhanced application capability. |
